The Branch has been collaborating with various educational institutions, like Colleges, Universities, Research Institutions, Government Agencies and NGOs. Following is the details

1. Educational Institutions: The Branch has been collaborating with a dozen of institutions of higher education namely - A N College, Patna, B D College, Patna, Sri Aurobind Mahila College, Patna, J D Women's College, Patna and A N S College, Barh (all are the constituent colleges of Magadh University), R N College, Hajipur (a constituent unit of B R A Bihar University) and Chanakya National Law University, Patna and Patna University, Patna. The Branch has signed MoU with two Colleges out of these namely Sri Aurobind Mahila College, Patna and R N College, Hajipur for academic activities and exchange of views.

2. Governmental Agencies: The Branch has collaborated with Department of Food and Consumer Protection, Government of Bihar for organising Workshops and Consumer Awareness and Empowerment Programme, Bihar State Archives, Patna for organising seminar and Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (an institution of Bihar Government under Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) for organising ToT programme. In addition, the Branch has also conducted the evaluation of Mukhya Mantri Mahadalit Radio Scheme launched by Mahadalit Vikas Mission under Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar.

3.NGOs: The Branch has been collaborating with various NGOs and Private institutions of professional education. Important among those are Kautilya Institute of Economic Administration, Patna and Indian Institute of Business Management, Patna
The Branch seeks to collaborate with such institutions and organisations that are working in the field of enrichment of the discipline of Public Administration and furtherance of governance process and its objectives.

3.Recently MoUs of Collaboration have been signed with: A. Amity University, Patna for various academic and other such activities with Department of Public Administration, Amity University, Patna B. Raj Narain College, Hajipur for academic and joint ventures in outreach activities for welfare of weaker sections of society.
